Take that quote with a grain of salt. Coach's on the hot seat always say they will be back and AD's usually give them the dreaded "vote of confidence" before the ax falls, and I'm pretty sure Mitch has done that recently.

I have no idea what is going to happen but the one thing I have learned over the years, if they are talking about it, it usually means something serious is going on.

Guys to steal a phrase, word salad!

He is just that. All words the last 3 or so years. He might be in his office. He might try to do something different but in years past he does not reflect on moments and make changes. His changes will be new personnel but same situations. Same this is smash mouth SEC football (without an OLINE) the same bend and do not break as much defense. We will win the 3 lower level games, be in a game or two and end up with a similar record next year. We will be 3-9 or 4-8 next year. I do not see it getting any better no matter who he brings in.
I totally thing this team was not bought in all year, after the Texas AM situation happened i think they said heck with this. I hope he loses 1/2 his roster to portal. He needs to lose 1/2 the roster and 100% of the staff. His bud Vince needs to go on to other pastures, White needs to go where he can shine as a defense coordinator. Hamden needs to say, you know what, it wasn't worth it after all. All line positions on offense needs to leave. Oline coach needs to go be average somewhere else.
