Thinking gumbo and rice. Haven't decided whether chicken, seafood or crawfish. Maybe a bread pudding with bourbon sauce for dessert.

Yours?

Fancy... I'm going to stick with beer and brats, Rotel queso dip with tortilla chips, a veggie tray, and some more beer for dessert.

I tailgate at my buddies spot really nice usually blue lot but orange this year and they cater the menu to the opponent every game so game 1 is a low country seafood boil and Abita amber on draft. Game 3 will be fried gator and so on.

This is going to sound completely fake, but I'm 100% serious. A friend of mine is the part owner/operator of Bobby's Burger Palace at the Horseshoe Casino in Cincinnati. For those who don't know, the restaurants were started by celebrity chef Bobby Flay. Anyway, Bobby Flay himself is going to be in Cincinnati the weekend of September 5th and my friend (UK season ticket holder) invited him to Lexington to tailgate for the game. After telling him about the new stadium grand opening, celebration, etc, etc Bobby actually offered to grill/cook several tailgate dishes at the stadium. So, anyway, I know you guys will likely call BS on this but if you're actually interested we're going to be set up in the Blue VIP lot before the game and we're planning on letting anyone who stops by to sample some of Bobby's tailgate food which I'm sure will be phenomenal.

My son does the menu based on the opponent. LSU he does Cajun, Arkansas does pork, Florida he does some type of seafood and gator tail, Georgia he does dogs and sausages etc.

Ribs but gotta admit will be in my Wildcat room at home in Florida watching on 60 inch.Would like to malke a game later in the year.
