I think the trophy thing is points, the reaction score is how many reactions in total you've gotten over the time you've been online under that particular handle.

I don't think my trophy points have changed since they started this "like" stuff, even though I've been loved around here for the better part of 17+ years. 🤣

Trophy points are kinda like achivements on xbox or trophies on playstation. The max is like 115 or 113.
