The tried and true indicators of a successful QB at all levels are accuracy and the ability to lead men.
A lot of guys are either big, fast, strong-armed, athletic, or some sort of combination of those.
The guys who are getting to conference championships, major bowls/playoffs, making rosters, winning gigs, and leading successful pro teams are accurate guys who other guys want to follow.
I haven't seen UKs QBs, but I know who CMS should choose. The dude who is completing the most passes and who the other guys respect most/are following. Two things that are very obvious.
