Gonna be a difficult sell to a lot of guys. I would have to think with the new roster limits, the best bet will be to pursue a lot of G5 or MAC level type guys who are playing well enough to make a jump and who might want to showcase their abilities on a bigger stage for NFL scouts. Probably only gonna find guys willing to come here that have one or two years left to play since barring a miracle transformation, the staff is pretty much lame duck as it is.
Money talks, kids are always looking to get paid or a chance to play. Football is about opportunity now. Most, not all, but most of the power 4 level young men care more about who will provide the best path for them, its not about winning as much as it used to be. There will always be players looking for that chance or that $$$
Many transfers value stability second only to money. There isn't any of those here. It's going to be tough sledding going forward.
Feels like we'll get a bunch of OLinemen at a pretty penny. They'll be and to demand more since we badly need them.
Whether they perform to their NIL $$$ is yet to be seen, though. Wolf is their coach, so my guess is that whomever we get will underperform. But, who knows? I'm nothing but a sourpuss when it comes to UK football right now.

OP, a paid employee to transition talk away from stoops /build excitement for incoming transfers?
First decide on what type of offense you want, then recruit transfers who fit the system.

Why would any WR or TE come here. We don’t run anything to get them open nor do we consistently try to get them passes.
It doesn't matter who the assistant coaches and players are as long as the HC is the same. Everyone knows next season is going to be a throw away and a car wreck. Better call the "Hammer".
Purdue has multiple players in the portal that are from our recruiting areas. Koy Beasley, from Cincinnati and who was a Rivals250 DB, visited UK as a recruit. On3 has him as the top CB in the portal right now.
