* A good win for the Cats against a Wright State team that will probably be good in their conference this year. It seems that CMP already has a good idea of what his rotation is going to be ... we look like a solid 10-deep.

* A few things I saw that I haven't seen in a while at UK:
  • A halfcourt offense that is fun to watch ... movement, passing, cutting, screening, etc. ... it's basketball
  • Defending out of bounds plays and scoring on out of bounds plays
  • Crisp passing ... don't see many, if any, lazy passes.
  • The sum of the parts greater than the individual pieces ... smart team basketball ...
  • so ... refreshing ... the gratitude of CMP is incredible ... might bring a tear to the eyes of an old man
* Want to see how we do against the better and more athletic teams, but we played some defense tonight. Butler and Oweh, to name two, cause a lot of defensive stress.

* Thought we did a better job tonight of rebounding out of our space ... this is a critical issue moving forward as it relates to the success of this team.

* We have some old dudes who know how to play ... so much fun. I hope we recruit the heck out of the transfer portal this year and bring in 3 (+/-) old dues that can play on both ends at a high level.

* Up Next: Cats take on Bucknell next Saturday. Just keep getting better.
