I think about the best way for Pope to build depth is to get some Kentucky kids as his 13th-15th guys. Get some more guys like Perry and Noah who feel like putting on the jersey is a privilege. Guys who will gladly work every day to get better, sit the bench behind more talented guys, and be ready to play whenever they are needed. And they won’t cost you a mint in NIL money. We aren’t getting superstars as our third string guys.

Except when Cal was here and the walk-ons were his rich friend’s kids or former player’s kids who couldn’t play a lick. Or worse- Brad.
