I think when you look further into things historically and culturally and look at who’s behind the wheel on so much of this, I think it’s pretty fair to question what has been done to the west.

Not a doctor, but I do quite a bit of research on a completely separate subject. I recently ran across a few papers that have begun to link Long Covid and CFS with something called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.
Mast Cells release a bunch of different mediators into the body like histamine, prostaglandins, Tryptase, and Leukotrienes. The latter one can cause shortness of breath. Sometimes the cells seem to get stuck in the "on" position.
There are other mediators as well like cytokines. Those little bastards are what make you feel sick when you have an infection. Cytokines can kill you if the mast cell go crazy and release to many at once. Scientist theorize that many of the younger Spanish Flu victims died from a cytokine storm instead of the actual virus.
If you run out of options it is something you might look into. MCAS is still fairly new itself but Dr. Google has information. For doctors an immunologist is probably your best bet, but if you find a good hematologist they might be able to help.
