There was a hiring freeze at VA Medical the past week or so at least. Friend was told of a position that might be opening, but couldn't even submit a resume and that was local.
That should increase the minority vote for the Republican party. Thinking and working people should see those two and realize neither thinking nor working is valued in that party.
They are culling people BUT, the DOD does not have a hiring freeze. The VA is part of the DOD. check USAJobs. The thing happening now is agencies justifying positions. That will cause some announcements to be rescinded but the VA and DOD are still hiring.
A lot of offices are giving lip service to keep hiring, but what is the point if DoD is immediately firing all probationary (less than 1 year)? Of.course, terrible rumors are flying around every day.
Pretty soon all of us older, experienced, good-looking folks are gonna ride off to the sunset. There needs to be some life blood for us to hand the reins...

Foreign adversaries on US soil don't have "the right" to avoid law enforcement or deportation. (Even if the govt has paid for them to remain here, they are still here illegally, and everyone that has helped them is subject to arrest and imprisonment.)
Criminals don't have "the right" to avoid law enforcement for their crimes.
Aiding and abetting either of these two subsets of people is a federal and/or state crime. Both are felonies. One is treason.
I hope democrats continue to give aid to the enemies of our constitution. By all means, indulge. In about 9m we should be ready for fair and accurate special elections.

Wish I could share more.... I see Culling. Not sure where that leads but there is pushback in ways many do not see. All probationary employees are not being fired. Several job series are being looked at hard as (For lack of a better term. Fluff) 0343, 0301, several and multiple others.

The only hesitation i have about removing judges is the perception. The perception concern is when dems regain power, they will cite this precedent as a reason to remove judges actually applying the law.

It's an Obama era case that was used to cull conservative and/or unbiased judges and administration by that administration. This isn't just about doing the work. It's about using that administration's own work as precedent for what is done wherever possible.
