I would say your argument (and the other "impeach federal judges" arguments on here) are the oversimpled, lay arguments. IMO, it is a reasonable opinion that an agency that was created by and appropriated by Congress cannot be eliminated (or have its appropriation frozen) by the executive branch. Whether that is legally correct will be tested at the appellate level. But I don't see that's an outrageous decision.

Epidemiology is not a hard and fast science that is by any means "solved" as any science wouldn't be. Most things you hear parroted as "fact" and "the science" in many sectors are just theoretical but as such have garnered the most popularity and following in industry. The current "settled science" taught in nearly every accredited institution of higher learning is germ theory, vaccine science, and allopathic treatment of dis ease.

That doesn't make it right and unerring any more than it made leaching/bleeding "settled science" hundreds of years ago even though so many in the profession swore by it.

There ARE other methods of care and treatment that have proven effective at not just lessening symptoms but also dealing with causes and shoring up immune systems against future issues. Since you're anti-science, I wouldn't expect you to have looked into anything besides what you've been told.

If a judge can rule over judicial, legislative and executive branch then a rogue judge can be emperor. The judge didn't even make a legal case for his ruling.... Exactly. Balance of powers does not mean they all individually override the group. It also doesn't mean that one group can't affect the actions of another group. But none can do the entire job of the other two. As an executive branch leader, you can remove a judge appointed by another executive branch leader at certain levels- not SCOTUS, unless there is a crime committed like treason.

Same goes for a judicial branch that can remove a member of another branch if that member commits crimes in the performance of their duties as such, and can overrule a law or executive order if it demonstrated sufficiently to be unconstitutional.

Same goes for the legislature that can overrule the judicial branch by codifying a law with a certain level of membership approval (like 75%) even if the judiciary thinks or rules it is unconstitutional.

There are processes in place for these things and few of them are undertaken by lower level judges because they don't have the authority.

Thats a strawman. I didn't argue for elimination. The argument is for auditing which is clearly within the discretion of the head of an agency. For a judge to rule otherwise is completely ignoring all sound principles.

Of course they ignored it because the result was all that was sought. The result is just a delay, they know wont stick, intended to get enough money out to reform the treasonous shadow government central nervous system.
