Can a lawyer on here tell me how a random liberal judge can basically halt anything the Trump admin is trying to do, especially when it comes to employees of the executive branch?
Not a lawyer, but it’s the whole checks and balances thing. Judicial side is there to make sure the things done are legal and not infringing on the rights of others. Obviously lots of ambiguity in this, which is why we have different levels of courts. I expect a lot of things to start slow in this admin as it makes its way to the Supreme Court.

Id be fuming if i was in NC.

Everyone involved in these decisions need fired. They're activists not employees.

They aren't supposed to enact these sweeping nation wide orders. Scotus made that clear. Of course its democrats so cheating is just what they do and they know which activist judges to use.

The silver lining is without usaid, it took them a week to get this done. Before that, this would've been filed in hours.

The ssa not having dupe logic algorithms is mind-blowing. Thats such a basic function, not having it is absolutely intentional so there can be fraud.

I know I posted it before but it's worth repeating: if you go to the dmv in a city or for a passport interview - its literally all latinos. Obviously theyre getting fraudulent documents and using that to get driver's licenses and passports and I'm sure also voting.

Knowing what we know now, there is no doubt this was a nationwide operation.

Without a doubt.

In California, they started giving out drivers licenses to illegals and claimed it would help decrease the hit and run issues that illegals were doing (it didn't) but it was really just registering these people for voting.

For those who asked questions about this in the past, this was sent to me this morning by a friend

Save this link and print it out.

"The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) filed a Freedom of Information Act request in Aug. 2017 seeking the biennial reports that HHS was to have submitted to Congress starting in 1989 as stipulated by the Mandate for Safer Childhood Vaccines. In April of 2018, having still heard nothing as a result of the FOIA request, Kennedy and attorney Aaron Siri filed a complaint on behalf of ICAN against the HHS for the agency’s failure to produce any of the reports to have been supplied to Congress. As a result of this complaint, in June 2018, HHS admitted that the agency had no records of any such reports"

The above is a filed copy of the federal paperwork regarding this case stating that "... no (safety) studies mandated by the bill were produced or received by HHS..."

The link I provided in the previous post above, that Fb decided since to censor, showed that Fauci in replying to the suit presented by RFKj was forced to concede that the safety studies were not done as mandated and that Kennedy, whom Fauci called a liar relative to sworn congressional testimony, was not in fact lying, but was correct in his statements about the lack of safety studies. Fauci settled that suit and admitted that Kennedy did not lie, as Fauci had previously stated.

I posted videos on here of people talking about and recording these things. People tracking and recording video of busses full of illegal immigrants to catholic properties and charities from Texas to other states. There was no question back then that this was a nationwide op.

It's crazy the amount of censorship of real sht that still exists even with Trump in office.
I don't know if they will be able to do anything to stop it, since they have so much else on their plate.

Oh I get checks and balances, but a judge telling the leader of the executive branch they can’t do things to groups in the executive branch seems like a hell of an overreach.

There is no "ambiguity" in this.

An executive branch agency has been tasked with reviewing executive branch and all federal agencies for fraud. If an executive branch agency is committing fraud (which they are by not tracking and confirming where and to what these payments go) the agency (DOGE) can halt that activity.

The flip side to that is Americans will have to get off their a$$ and get to work. It is true immigrants came here and took many jobs, but for the most part that happened because Americans were fat and lazy on free money and/or addicted to drugs/alcohol.

To get Americans back to work, that free money has to get turned off.
I disagree. Americans will work for an honest day's pay. But the Mexicans came in and undercut wages. And btw, I would go to a different country to undercut their wage if it doubled what I'm currently making - so not blaming the Mexicans.

What's an honest day's pay to you? Thanks.

All you need is talk to any national business with a rural location especially in Appalachia. They have decent paying jobs but cant hire anyone. The few people who apply cant pass a drug test.

One reason there are so few applicants is because all the free money. You'd have to make 45-50k a year to make up for the free everything, ie cell phones, Internet, rent/mortgage assistance, power bill assistance, free day care, free health insurance, etc etc.

Our government turned our hardest working people into lazy slobs. It sucks but its true.

Elon tweeting support for Ron Paul as the chair of the federal reserve makes me wonder if they’re actually discussing making the most unbelievable appointment in the history of politics and actually appointing Ron Paul to head the Fed (then destroy it from the inside).
The guy's 90 years old.

You know god damn well what I mean by an honest day's pay, you're just being a cocksucker.
Honestly I don't, but you expect to get away w/o defining it & resort to name-calling b/c you don't know or fear being explicit. Is it min wage? $20/hr? I don't know.

If the judiciary actually had this power then the executive branch would be null and void.

They want Trump to ignore this. Then they can scream about a constitutional crisis. That is already what is on the cover of the NYT today.

It has all come to this moment: either worry about being called a fascist, or do what is right for the people and not the bureaucrats.

Some. Sure. Some will not work no matter what they're paid. I know more than one company paying over $20 an hour was struggling to get people to work for them. It's not just the pay, but it's also getting the word out to people and trusting them with your company, property, and equipment. Businesses can be robbed blind with no recourse VERY QUICKLY by people they've hired.

Someone in the FBI tipped off Cali that deportation operation was coming. This is why massive firings have to happen. Law Enforcment... not opposition research and subversion of a duly elected president... Jail time needs to happen.

Shut it all down. The entire FBI in Cali and any other state they're doing this needs to be shut down. Suspended without pay pending an investigation
