They will not talk and nothing will be done. Hearings are so stupid. Show me the last conviction, penalty, or charge filed to anyone testifying in one of those "hearings"... Biden needs to be proven incompetent using case law THEN the pardons can be nullified. Then go from that point... We shall see...

Fauci is an easy one. He’s testified before. Rand Paul has accused him of committing perjury, and it’s pretty clear he did. So drag Fauci in front of congress and ask him for truthful testimony, and let him know perjury from here on out will obviously land him in jail.
Then the Trump admin should use everything he says against him in court while disregarding these bullshit pardons.
That does open the door to the possibility these criminals would still exercise their 5th amendment rights until SCOTUS sorts out the pardon issue (which I fear isn’t going to be challenged, because Trump is going to want that power too, now that Biden admin set the precedent).
Also, in the scenario above, if Fauci does try and exercise fifth amendment protection, congress should hold him in contempt and imprison him like they did Bannon.

This absolutely clears the way for fauci and others to be hauled to dc to testify endlessly. With the pardon, they cant claim fifth amendment protection and must testify.
Secondly I think these pardons can be challenged. I think mental capacity is clearly an issue along with the blanket pardon itself. Pardons should have to specify the crimes. This avenue should be pursued after the questioning to avoid giving them fifth amendment protection.

No shame at all is what is hurting this country. People used to be able to be shamed.. No longer. The ultimate downfall is no shame for wrong-doing. Be ashamed people for what you do wrong and internally look at yourself.

That tweet up the page about Chip Roy wanting to “test the Constitutional reach” is going to be all it takes. Congress should hold him in contempt and imprison him while the courts sort it out.
And I saw one person suggest accepting a pardon is a tacit admission of guilt under current precedent, so hopefully, at minimum, civil suits keep these people tied up in courts and legal proceedings for the rest of their lives.

When I heard about the pardons I was pissed, then I stopped and thought about it. There is a reason Schiff didn't want a pardon. These clowns now have no 5th amendment protections what so ever, and there is a place to challenge these pardons. Plus, the pardons do not cover civil lawsuits nor does it stop the states from prosecuting.

A 2019 Hyundai with 23K miles should have a bumper to bumper at least 5 years/60K. You can buy up to 10years/100K. Powertrain should be that anyway. I would consider a transmission seal part of the powertrain. I have a 2020 Sonata Limited, if that had happened to me, they would have had a fight on their hands. I do take mine to get serviced at a Hyundai dealership only while it’s still under warranty so that they have all the maintenance records if something does come up warranty wise. But once the warranty is up, I won’t. They are always trying to tack on extra services that aren’t needed.
Also haven’t seen in pointed out yet, the only person Joe Biden has ever cared about is Joe Biden. If he’s mentally competent, he knows he committed crimes and a pardon for himself would be top of the list (because the pardon will be for criminal conduct before he was president that Hunter will need to testify truthfully about).

Again though, I highly doubt our Congress has the balls to hold them accountable when they do testify and continue lying. Unfortunately these folks are simply above the law. They have guarantees and now a pardon. Until I see our Congress of justice system do the right thing, nothing will convince me folks like Fauci will ever face a shred of punishment for the hell he and the others caused.
