Case in point: UK cut it to 5 and the bullshit foul was called on the 3 point attempt. UK never recovered after that.Hard to come back when the refs are giving them uncontested free throws every trip down.
Why? Because I don’t believe in being Israel’s bitch?Your world view is off
It's gonna most likely be another attack on Israel. They made similar comments before they struck Israel the last time
Some of you guys are also forgetting that the interest on our debt is getting insane. If we keep up spending like we do, we're going to be in a situation where a huge portion of our taxes we pay will go to go to paying interest.
Most economists agree that when the national debt is double the Gross Domestic Product, that the point of no return will have been reached. At that point; no amount of growth, spending cuts, tax increases will be able to alleviate it, and that the US will have to start defaulting on some of it's debt.
What that actually MEANS is unclear. The collapse of the American economy would doom the rest of the world for a LONG time, so it's doubtful that they'll strong arm the US. Probably a mixture of renegotiated terms and debt forgiveness would happen.
The US is unique, in that it is probably the only country that could declare bankruptcy and still recover within a generation. We were impervious to a military takeover, and we had enough domestic resources to go all in on isolationism.

Still waiting for the video. And Trump is promising to attack Greenland, the Panama Canal and pardon cop beaters. Nice.
I actually went in there a couple of years ago when I was in Vegas for work. It’s a lot smaller place than you’d think. It’s a functioning pawn shop, but more of a tourist attraction anymore these days. Pretty rare you’d see any of them actually in the store.Bucket list item...
I want to go to Gold and Silver Pawn, and have Rick Harrison laugh at my offer. (No joke)
Way too calm, any word if they survived?James Woods seems like a really good guy, many of us have posted some of his posts for years. Hoping his home isn't destroyed.
"The Palisades Fire is ripping through five football fields per minute, fueled by winds of 60-80 mph. The blaze has surpassed 2,900 acres, with no end in sight."
I remember a few years back an economist (can't remember his name) predicted we would continue to grow the debt to the point of not being able to pay it off and then default on the debt because no one could make us pay it back. It is quite possible that most of our politicians see it this way and or just don't care. If our economy falls and the dollar collapses, I don't think the rich or our politicians will suffer because they have a backup plan for themselves. Most economists agree that when the national debt is double the Gross Domestic Product, that the point of no return will have been reached. Had a soldier once who was from Cuba originally. He joined the army to get citizenship. He came over with his father, mother and uncle. Said the first time they went to a grocery store his uncle cried because of all of the food and variety. the soldier said to me that as long as he was alive, he would fight to the death before he would let that happen here. Had a few other soldiers over the years from different countries who had similar stories and became better American patriots then many of our entitled liberal morons in this country.
I hope it's not the dumb ones. One thing is clear about the Facebook firing of their "fact checkers" is the danger is still there. I know for s fact the operation is just getting reorganized and these people are going to spam the community notes in an attempt to bias the process. One person i know well is already bragging how theyre getting paid to do just that.
So unless Facebook takes notes from X on how to keep it neutral, it will be more of the same.
As an aside, its shocking how many paid trolls there are. This person is paid to not just "correct misinformation" on social media, but also in the comments section of news stories, etc etc. There are literally armies of these people and no interaction is too small. Thats why you can bank at least one or two posters in here are getting paid for interactions.
I knew quite a few who came here and joined the army to get their citizenship and almost all I knew loved this country. Only one I had work for me was more for himself and his attitude reflected it. He was from Barbados and did not want to go fight in Iraq when Kuwait was invaded. He joined the army to get money (enlistment bonus) for college and did not feel it was his duty to fight for the US. He had just joined the unit about a month before I got there and was given to me because, every section in our unit (8 howitzer artillery unit and there were only 7 filled at the time) was told to give me one man so we could start building the 8th 10-man section.Cubans i met are very similar. They love America more than most Americans. I was at a facility with one guy and he saw some paper on the ground. He picked it up to carry it until he saw a trash can. He said he can't leave litter on the ground in the greatest country in the world.
That goes back to the broader point of legal immigration. The vast majority of legal immigrants are wonderful additions to this country. Hard working, assimilate, and literally willing to fight for the country if they can. Theyre literally some of the best people i ever met.
We need a system that prevents people from skipping line and coming here without these qualities. Otherwise all their hard work and willingness to assimilate and produce gets diluted and they get thrown in with the whole lot.
We all fall into that trap from time to time. Welcome home...I'm sorry guys. I have fed the troll Sambo much too often. He's clearly not interested in honest debate. Just trolling. So it's best I join most of you who have him on ignore. Let him drunk post to himself. Again, my apologies for feeding him.
I visited the pawn shop in 2019 when Gassy got married. Sorta unimpressed.I actually went in there a couple of years ago when I was in Vegas for work. It’s a lot smaller place than you’d think. Let me explain to you. The reporter set up the totally broad strawman, not 47. The reporter asked a dishonest question and 47 or any other POTUS would answer by never taking options off tje table. They asked him if he would rule out using military action against them and he said no.
To them, not for them.
We will switch monetary standards just like the last two times we faced a debt crisis. All evidence points to the digital dollar. I'm just interested in how they divvy things up. What will one DD be worth? 10 cents on the dollar? Less? Will people accept that? Most economists agree that when the national debt is double the Gross Domestic Product, that the point of no return will have been reached. Yea but we can't count on favorable calls on the road.
1/3 of Greenland's budget comes from Denmark. In spite of that, they are moving to declare themselves a sovereign nation/independent from Denmark.
Sounds like they've got a hankering for some Red White and Blue dick.
rivals and 247 are already reporting that Greenland is expected to make an official visit to the US in the coming months.
