A pay raise? Hell they don't deserve literally a dollar of their salary they make now.

13% for themselves and they agreed to a 2.5% for us retirees. They make more than 170K a year now for the normal ones (more for the speaker and others) which equates to around a $1,800.00 or so a month raise.
