That's fair and those were the specific cases that I was thinking of when writing that post. That's why I underlined to put emphasis on the word think. Sure, it's easy to say that man in Georgia and George Floyd were killed because they were African American, but that is an educated guess and not a fact. In my opinion, both of those cases could have happened if the victims were white, so I couldn't say they happened solely b/c the victim was an African American beyond a reasonable doubt. Without the cop or the father and son in Georgia outright saying they only killed them because they were an African American, we are all just making educated guesses.
If SCOTUS takes this away from Biden and gives it to Trump... man, is that gonna be fun!
