I read the whole thing. It's similar to what the GOP did in the House when McCarthy agreed to abide by the new terms. And he STILL stabbed everyone in the back (and got removed for his pains). And Mike Johnson is NOT bound by the same strictures that held McCarthy's feet to the fire. Thus, the House is back to the way it was. And I see no safeguards preventing the same thing from happening to the Senate.
