So how are you guys planning to justify trumps proposed tariffs and the massive increases in items we buy daily? If he does his proposed 60%+ tariffs, how is that going to help the average person that’s already hurting and shops mostly at Walmart, Amazon and places like Temu? They’re inevitably going to have to pay more. I guess we can always blame Biden right?

I guess we’ll see. I was going to be paying more income tax under Kamala, same as the vast majority of the middle class. If I’m paying more I’d rather it be through purchasing decisions, not because the federal government is confiscating my earnings to doll out amongst their friends.

My Youngest was born at Hardin Memorial. Lived in that area 20 years. On Pintail Court off Deckard School Road, In Radcliff on Bramblett Blvd., in the City of Vine Grove as well.

Bought a couple cars and trucks from Swope back in the day.

Live about 24 miles from the dead center of the swamp. as the Roads drive.
I have a brudda that lives in Rineyville. He has been there for probably at least 30 years now.

Would not surprise to find out that it is from liberal hoaxers who are trying to disrupt the growing exodus of blacks from the dim plantations.
Of course that is what it is. Who was angry and looking to stir the shit after the election? Not Trump voters. These are transparently leftist agitators putting something out there for the gullible (and cynical) media to latch on to to feed the narrative -- despite all the evidence -- that this was an election dominated by racist white men.

If my taxes went down, I could pay more for goods. If it were all equal, then the increased prices would support better jobs, a healthier society, decrease the need for illegals, decrease the power of China.

But no. They want to take everything you’ve got and then demand to know how you expect to pay more for “Trump’s tariffs”.

Profound disconnect.

Yes. Keep up this tactic. It's sure to win hearts and minds. After all, it worked in the last elec- oh wait, never mind. Carry on, waste your time.

Is it okay with you if Trump does not fulfill campaign promises? Im not talking about Biden. Is that okay with you personally?

So liberal women are going to start living lifestyles that won’t require abortion on demand?

Amazing concept. Well done. Maybe there is hope for them.

45% of voting women voted for Trump, according to exit polling. It is probably better for our culture that good men pursue them and avoid the crazies.

We are the working man you moron, unless you make way more than the average person. You realize the inflation we were under started under Trump and the mess he left Biden right? Do you really think Biden called the CEO of Kroger or Walmart and told them to price gouge us? Of course you do. Because you also think Trump is gonna pull the magic wand out of his ass and lower costs immediately too. Jesus.

Price gouging arguments remain post election. LOL

Your taxes are not going down, unless you’re in that top tax bracket that he wants to cut taxes for again .

Trump sold his cult on lowering prices. Now you want them to believe that the higher prices are cool because some people got lower taxes (mostly upper tax bracket people).

Just by stopping the "campaign promises" of strident leftwing lightweight Kamala Harris -- free handouts based on race, reparations for Black men, no change from ruinous Biden open border policies wrecking America, a continuation of profligate spending of tax dollars on nonsense like student debt forgiveness and useless global warming policies that achieve nothing while crippling the economy, and raising taxes on middle class people to pay for it -- real Americans are miles ahead.

If Trump actually fulfills many of his own promises -- which I suspect he will -- that's icing on the cake. A lefty writer once wrote that her fellow progressives "took Trump literally but not seriously." They are willing to sift through his every word to play gotcha, without conceding he represents a huge, authentic and important political movement in America. That sounds like you.

And by the way -- you asked. This is my first and last comment in response to you.

I don’t really give a shit about justifying it. My top priorities are (1) not having Washington take my money and (2) having Elon, Vivek, et al dismantle the federal bureaucracy in such a way that it takes generations to rebuild the grift and corruption, if ever.

(2) will give you some great headlines about unemployment rates and stock prices of your favorite big pharma, defense and media companies.

If there’s any short term pain, it will be well worth the long term benefits to the country as a whole.

See, you completely missed the point. You refuse to understand.

The government spends too much. It takes too much. It wastes too much. If these things were not true, then my takes could be lower.

You refuse to let go of your paradigm.

Lib/dims never learn. They all should rot in hell!

Fine. Let them become the next Aurora. And if they bitch about it down the road, too bad…deal with it. It’s your problem now.

I don’t really follow your point.

Your big problem is that you’re incorrect. High energy prices, the massive and unnecessary spending of Biden’s first year, and the invasion of illegals (which inflated everything from rent to car insurance)…these are the sources of inflation.

You seem to be conflating taxes and inflation.

I have no idea if this is my first or last correspondence with you, but also, I didn't ask you...thanks for your political opinion though. It's important to me
