I do think the Dem party has limited Biden's appearances to teleprompter only events because he has declined rapidly over the last year. Much more rapidly than ANYONE not seeing him daily knew. I am pissed about that. I absolutely concede you that point.
That said....I believe the left leaning media was just as shocked by his rapid decline as the average American. They have sounded the alarm bells loudly because of it.
