Like I said there is lots of polling on the topic, it matters how you ask the question and specifically what you're talking about so it's best to do the research for yourself and obtain an aggregate, but here's one example with a pretty general, innocuous phrasing:
NewsNation commissioned a poll of registered voters, through Decision Desk HQ, that delves into registered voters’ views on immigration policy and border security. See the full results here.

"Question 8: Do you support or oppose a path to citizenship for illegal immigrants already in the United States?
- Somewhat oppose: 16.09%
- Somewhat support: 37.31%
- Strongly oppose: 14.44%
- Strongly support: 32.17%"
Totals are 69.47% support and 30.53% oppose(I gave you the .01% rounding error as charity). Most polling is similar, if you ask about only people brought here as kids(DACA) the % goes up from there, or if you put specific qualifications on it like passing background checks the % goes up as well. If you ask about people taking public benefits or who've committed a crime the % goes down. Obviously the details matter on this, but in general a large majority of the population favors a path to citizenship over deportation. For everyone.
