I rarely interact with the lefties on here. I think I put one on ignore when I first signed up, but now I just look at the name of the poster and skip to the next post when I am pretty sure what they are going to say. It's not worth the time and effort.

We NEED to stop letting incompetence and stupidity be the reason they aren't removed and just REMOVE THEM already. Congress needs to pass a bill that allows unelected idiots and enemies of the state to be removed from positions quickly by the people, and force those that keep selecting them to be removed as well. If they can't appoint someone competent and compliant with the constitution and other laws of the land, they need to not be submitted.
Don't need confirmation hearings to be appointing unqualified and incompetent people. Could just give em a test and a background & financial check first. See who is in their pockets. We could eliminate 90% of candidates for these positions.

I thought of Trump when I read the passage and how his message is me, me, me. Never giving credit to his fellow man, it has to be all about Trump. Never wanting to be a part of a team. That will eventually lead to his downfall. He is being unjustly attacked now by his enemies but turned off so many of his friends, many of his remaining friends are drifting away. Trump is wise only in his own eyes and is the saddest politician of my generation. What could have been.

Regardless, I think Powell is doing the better job as he's fighting inflation caused by the spending he had no control of. If some bank failures are the price, so be it. But both of them not calling out the effects of reckless spending before it passed is a pox on both of them.
Doesn't she know that Lindsey Graham is on the Trump Team and they have endorsed each other. The Trump Team needs to get on the same page. Lindsey is a big part of it MTG. Read the memo.

That’s not really how markets work. You don’t suddenly run out of stuff. Price reflects scarcity in a market and is used to allocate finite resources. As resources become more scarce, prices rise. This creates markets for competing resources. Markets will naturally transition from one resource to another. There is no reason to kill off an industry in order to transition to a different resource.
Trump had a chance to start a new party years ago. He fkd up there, just like he did with covic, just like he did with the shots, just like he did in not securing the elections, just like he did with choosing and keeping people in positions to destroy him and what he was trying to do.
I don't mind that he offends people, but he must take it to extremes behind the scenes.

Hemp could make oil so much less in demand that fuel could be back to 70s prices. It would also make opec less powerful. Same goes for wood products, fiberglass, and cotton.
Passing legislation to legalize and give tax breaks to small to mid size farms and properties who produce hemp would also cut funding these criminals in congress are receiving from the opposition. It's nothing more than criminal at this point
