To just walk out and not certify the vote, he’s right. However, what was about to happen was evidence presented of fraud when the States were contested.
The Capital riot prevented that evidence from being presented to the public, coincidentally just as it was starting.

No complaints on the eye candy there...although when the students were in town it was mostly cold...and good god, certain places downtown you would be like 18th in line to try to order. You never seen a place empty out like that during summer...it was a ghost town come summer time. All the students went home and it truly became the lamest little town.
