In fact, not a single filing has been made by Durham indicating there was 'spying' of any sort - that's all fabrications and extrapolations by the insane right wing. One would expect that if Durham had found organized espionage, he probably would have mentioned it in said filing. If you recall, Trump's original bullshit claim was that Obama wiretapped his campaign - this has since morphed into this week's filing claiming that DNS data (that this Sussmann guy had legal access to, apparently, since he was contracted as an internet security expert for the feds) was shared with other federal agencies on behalf of the Clinton campaign.
Except the meeting where this data was supposedly shared on behalf of the Clinton campaign happened after the election...when the Clinton campaign had effectively ceased to exist.
All Durham has actually *charged* anyone with is lying to federal agencies. Effectively, what Durham has discovered thus far is that the people hired to do internet security for the Executive Office of the President...discovered suspicious things happening within the course of their job and reported it to other agencies. Because it *is* suspicious that a bunch of Russian smartphones were apparently connecting to government servers, and after all the Russian hacks in 2015 and 2016 anyone actually competent in infosec *would* report that to investigative agencies.
