Players not on campus yet?

I thought that I heard where J. Provitt was headed to a Juco. Is this true? I cannot find any info on it. What other players are not on campus yet?

Provitt going to Lackawana CC, NY, and plans to be at UK in Dec '17.

JUCOs Miggins and Bell apparently not on campus yet and reports that Livingston and Gosier aren't either. Guess it'll be after Aug 1.

Somebody on another thread reported last week he was, I really don't know.
