Our late game/close game struggles makes me appreciate the Harrison Twins even more

Yes, there was one game where they did not play well down the stretch. But for the 99.9% of there time at UK they were as steady as guards could be on both ends. Smart, decisive, hit free throws.

Not a knock on our current guys, but these traits are hard to come by.

The Harrisons had 3 pro prospects to dish the ball to. Ulis and Murray don't have that...right now....

It was nice having big kids who could lower the shoulder and run over people or get to the line.

Briscoe rebounding is huge and we missed that. It's ine thing that doesn't get talked about enough

The pathetic offensive possessions at the end of today's game should tell people that 100% blame the Harrisons for the Wisconsin loss that they were/are misguided to do so.

I think the biggest changeable* thing is maybe putting a little yellow in Murray's green light.

He is so skilled.

But gadamn, he takes the dumbest shots at times.

I know that the shot clock is a little shorter, but the "bail out" shot should be a slash to the basket trying to draw a foul, not a one-footed-three-pointer lob with toes pointed toward the bench.

*meaning things that can happen overnight - Skal getting tougher is gonna have to happen on his schedule

he can shoot threes all day as far as I'm concerned, but no more reckless driving

This is the first close game we've played this year. Glad it was home, but now we gotta see how they handle a close one on the road.

There's a huge difference between driving into three guys with 1 second on the clock and trying to find an alley with 8 on the clock.

Well there is always give and take. If Briscoe plays today, we don't have 50% 3 point shooting. Hawkins would have seen very little playing time and we don't win without his 3s.

he doesn't seem quick enough to find the space, he should play like Meeks
