Is for Mitch to do his job as AD and fire the assistants himself. If Stoops says if they go I go then he needs to help pack Stoops bags and throw a couple bottles of Bourbon in to keep him company.

Mitch needs to approve of the new hires himself and they need to be SEC quality hires not 1 season of group of 5, team manager or Stoops childhood friends.
