You needed a spot for the woman beater and this kids ride was taken a few days before signing day. He was offered a gray shirt instead of the scholly he had before the woman beater picked ul.

And yes, it starts with the two adulterers heading up your two major programs, although hurtt the liar and cheater probably topped both of them. Then we can't forget about Willie and becoming known as Transfer U.

That's only a good comeback when responding to a person who can directly be quoted as being giddy about the possibility of Petrino coming here. Many people on this board did not want Petrino here, and those posters can criticize the "just win baby" philosophy as much as they please without a bit of irony being involved.

Exactly. I also have an account on 247, and once or twice I went on to the Loserville 247 site, and felt like I needed to take a shower when I was done. Never again!

What an exaggeration, there were some that wanted him, although I don't think he would have been able to do nearly as much at UK as he is allowed to do at UL, but I sure as hell wasn't one of them, I campaigned against him from the start even while acknowledging he was a great OC. And I thought his recruiting was very suspect, but then that isn't that important at Transfer U, that crap sure as hell wouldn't have happened at UK. His last two classes at Arkansas after winning major bowl games and supposedly in contention for a NC (not just talk like in Louisville) had only TWO four stars in it. Just hide and watch how many Stoops brings in WHEN he reaches that plateau, he has already brought in ten off a TWO win season.

I remember it being Bobby's daddy begging for him to get a shot here. Didn't see much of anyone else wanting him here. Maybe a few members but certainly not a majority of the board

No one would believe that he would gray shirt, yes your coaching staff dump him.

He was offered a grayshirt but basically that means that they didn't accept his letter of intent so they would be clear if they over recruited him again the next semester. If you listen to the kids HS coach he had zero faith in their coaches and pretty much wrote them off as classless.

Not the NORMAL grayshirt conversation which usually happens up front with a kid, or is offered to a kid who hasn't already committed to a scholarship. Spin away boys but they are trash.

To be kind this is an ignorant post that disregards all the arguments about Petrino being a man of no integrity that most on this board did not want here. I do not think all Cardinal fans are as ignorant as this post but I have found intelligent ones to be rare.
