One piece we have sorely missed during Stoops first three years is ON FIELD leadership. Not just a Team Captain, but someone that other players are accountable to. True leaders that set the bar for everyone else, both on and off the field.
This is something that can't be taught, and very few people have, but I believe we have two recruits coming in next year that have this trait. Both Kash Daniel(Defense) and Drake Jackson(Offense) are natural-born leaders.
