From espn. The Wildcats' defensive issues were apparent earlier in the season, but their offense was so efficient it didn't seem to matter. Well, that's no longer the case. They're 4-5 in their past nine games and have lost three straight games at home for the first time since 1966. Over the past four games, the Wildcats are No. 283 nationally in adjusted defensive efficiency at BartTorvik.com

In the huddle before the play where Ike scored and the UK 5 was turned toward the Gonzaga Bench away from Ike, Chin suggested he get between his man and the basket. Cal responded, no that's what they are expecting us to do.
Cal in the huddle: “There is no way they believe we would refuse to defend the entry pass 13 straight times!”

At least we keep trying the same thing over and over again. It should work out for us at some point.

Don't ever question the great one. Cal would have changed the defense, but the fans told him to do it first. And he can't be wrong about anything.

As someone else has been saying, it's coaching malpractice. These are talented players. If they were getting any coaching at all, they'd be better than that.
