This bum they brought in from Clemson may not make it til the end of the season. Virginia also hired a Clemson assistant coach and he sucks as well. Some guys are born to be assistant coaches. The jackass at LSU needs to learn how the game is played in the SEC. Tennessee beat the shit out of them but he made bonehead call after bonehead call today.

Coaching 3 stars at Virginia makes you look incompetent.

Chad Morris is another bum coordinator under goofy Dabo who failed miserably. He somehow fell forward into the Arkansas head coaching job after only being 14 and 22 at SMU over three seasons. He was then bounced after two seasons for only winning like four games or so. Went to Auburn as an OC and lasted 1 season before being fired.

He's currently an analyst for the garbage USF team that was smoked by Louisville.

Bingo. Outside of a Riley going to Charlottesville and bringing 30 transfers, they are who they are.

As for Venables, this isn't the same team Riley had. Portal depleted roster. Defensive minded coach working with a roster that has never been about defense.

Yes, the decision to go for it on 4th just before half was brutal.

Yep, Riley has always been a horse's rear and the way he recruited OU players was tampering and SoCal deserved sanctions

He isn’t gonna last long at LSU, he was dumb AF to leave ND. He had an easy street route to the playoffs locked down. He can’t handle playing the best teams every week.

Kiffin is a rolling stone and it was long known that he would leave for USC, just no one expected it to be after one season, but no one was expecting Pete Carroll to leave for the NFL. Terrible timing. But I don't think has the same longing to go home as LK. He didn't leave on good terms and yes Stoops is very much still involved there. Plus, JH has a very good situation here. Top notch resources, he can recruit very well here, UT has a very good collective in the NIL era, tremendous fan support. He has the UT rebuild on a fast track, while OU has many issues. Foothills of the Smokies > Norman flatlands. Be hard to lure him away from Knoxville, IMO..

If he's smart he will eventually take a buyout and retire and vacation to wherever he wants.. A lot of these guys have huge egos and just can't become multi-millionaires and ride off into the sunset.

Hooker was actually a really good QB. UK faced VTech in the bowl season and that dude was legit.

Also, Chumlee didn't look great when Milton was running the O. QB's make or break pretty much any offense but even more so in a no huddle, pass happy scheme.

Dunno. Lane seems to be settling in at Ole Miss with his new dog. lol

 
Tennessee will have good QB play. Heupel is a Leach disciple and Leach always has above average QB play. I hate UT, but until defenses figure out how to slow them down then they are going to be hard to beat. Heupel has years of film out on him now, yet somehow nobody has figure out how to stop it..

I may retire to East Tennessee when it’s time. We have always enjoyed visiting the mountains there.

Didn't Lane Kiffen have the same thing at Knoxville?
Loved it so much, even named his first kid after that place, yet when the right call came..........

Huepel has ZERO connection with UT, other than a fat paycheck.

OU can match that, raise you a few million, and bring JH back home to the school he led to a NC as QB.

If you never played for your Alma Mater, you will never understand the draw that place has on your life.

Especially if you were successful there.....like JH was at OK.

Stoops is still very connected to OU. He’s close with the AD. It’s why he was brought in as the interim. OUs AD has been there since 98. He’s still there. He allowed Stoops to make the moves that have OU in this situation. Other than a degree, he doesn’t have any ties to OU. A house, family, many friends.
