This team wll lose 6-7 games mostly due to the fact that the SEC will be a 7-8 team bid league IMO.

he is closer to being right than people want to admit. with bamba and knox, if WG and SKJ return and improve we could be a really good team. but for the most part this is just an OK class talent wise. but thats ok, many of the pieces will be back for a year two and the 2018 class will be small but have some mega elite studs in it. 2018 could be like the 2014 season.
PJ Washington is better right now than any big on our team including Bam, again...NO!

I thought PJ and Green was solid. Vanderbilt was meh. Richards were nonexistent.

what is really shocking. didnt think much of trent or carter. if duke loses allen or kennard and misses on bamba and knox....they could be hurting next year
agreed, but he isnt carlos boozer or anything. he is going to struggle against legit big men i think.

I disagree (ranked lower in a worse class) but even if he is better than Bam we're losing so much at the guard position that next year will be bumpy.
I'd love to be wrong, but not seeing it with these guys.
But Bamba makes us a contender again.
Hard to gauge talent especially front court players in these type settings. We will be fine next year and with adding Bamba and a shooter we will be right in the mix for the title.

Didn't watch but our class is average overall. PJ and Vandy will be very good players. Richards won't give us much this year. Green worries me the most. We need a great PG next year but he's just not that.

I see we have some Kentucky fans making the mistake of watching this all star game and thinking it matters once the real games start during the college basketball season. Never get too excited or too bummed out about how a kid played in this game. It really doesn't matter. Every year we watch this game and see a kid stink it up for some other team and brag about being happy we didn't sign that kid and then watch the same kid in a real game go off against our cats. All of these kids are talented and will become really good players. Some might take a lil longer than others, but you don't get in this game if you're not talented...Well, unless you're Duke and UNC. They seem to get a couple of guys every so often that clearly don't belong in the game. Bamba is the real deal. Porter JR will be one of the best players in college basketball next season. Too many cases of this game meaning nothing, good or bad, once the real season starts. Ask any fan on rivals. They too have seen their guy go off too many times and once the season starts their guy not be able to get into the rotation. It happens.
