Hawkins has scored two games in a row....good for him. Now if he can just hit this pesky FREE Throw to tie it up.
This team just lacks much offensive punch tonight. Murray and Skal have one shot attempt combined. Illinois St's coach must be tickled to death we are not getting them any looks.

The team we have put on the floor tonight is nowhere near the best team in the country.
Man good thing this isn't a good team or we would be down by 20 . Cal is risking it holding Murray and Briscoe out with 2 fouls til half time but if we can go in tied I consider that a win . Also why is it that the 7 guys we have who can make free throws ( Willis , Poy , Skal , Murray , Mulder and Ulis ) never get to the line but the 4 who can't always do LOL?
Hell, at this point we may need to play him in the 2nd half just to win the game. This has been ugly.
"Ulis stirs the drink" so obvious tonight. Not leaping from the building yet though. We'll win but I'm overall disappointed
The team is missing Tyler's leadership/ WE'll be OK and they'll learn from this.

Nope. Our best player isn't playing and our other two best players have attempted like 2 shots.
I love Ulis, but I clearly was not giving him enough credit. This team reminds me of 2013 without him. We need our leader back.
Why is it embarrassing? He will figure it out.... the best he can for the players that he has. At least he is not one of the coaches that play a system and don't adjust for the players that he has.... Stoops?
Boy we are a bad team with Tyler. Sooooo much to learn. May be a good wake up call for these youngsters.
There's the 3 for you streak freaks. We probably won't hit many more tonight (hope I'm wrong) so lucky he got that for us before the half.
