Why’s that?I seriously doubt this guy will be a big priority.
I serious doubt you are very smart then. EVERY big time program will be on him.I seriously doubt this guy will be a big priority.
Agreed. I'm not worried as much about offense as I am defense. Otega Oweh and Colin Chandler can NOT be our best defenders. Definitely not in this league. Can this guy stay in front of other guards? Can he beat people off the dribble? I am sure coach will look at him.
He put up 40+ on a premier SEC team we’ve yet to beat. I’d say he can do that. Can this guy stay in front of other guards? Can he beat people off the dribble? I am sure coach will look at him.
Chandler has really stepped up defensively in the last couple of games. I’d say he will be able to hold his own with some more time.Agreed. I'm not worried as much about offense as I am defense. Otega Oweh and Colin Chandler can NOT be our best defenders. Definitely not in this league.
He scored on them. Did he guard anyone? That is what I am concerned with. They lost the game, correct? He put up 40+ on a premier SEC team we’ve yet to beat. I’d say he can do that.

Not that athletic, 42% from 2 in the Summit League, not much of a rebounder, not much of a defender, assist to turnover rate is almost even. Why’s that?
tough to judge just on statistics alone.............he probably takes a lot of shots as the clock is running out, he may be told not to get into foul trouble because he is their best player, guards usually don't average a lot of reboundsNot that athletic, 42% from 2 in the Summit League, not much of a rebounder, not much of a defender, assist to turnover rate is almost even.
I think our staff can evaluate like few others, so if they want him I want him. But I’m pretty skeptical.
Could be. I’m just wary of getting players who have already played college basketball and not demonstrated the ability to play defense. And I think you can get an idea of a player’s energy level when he doesn’t have the ball by looking at rebounding, blocks, steals, even if you don’t expect a guard to have a lot of rebounds. It’s why I love Mason Falslev.tough to judge just on statistics alone.............he probably takes a lot of shots as the clock is running out, he may be told not to get into foul trouble because he is their best player, guards usually don't average a lot of rebounds
