I love Pope so far, but I don't see why Chandler gets in before Noah. I think Noah would do more than Chandler. Not saying either should play, but I think Noah is better right now.

Noah is certainly a better shooter
But if it doesn’t translate into production, then who cares?
Here we go with the Noah post. Noah is one of the slowest/ unathletic players in division 1 and you want him getting minutes in the SEC. Recipe for disaster.
Who the hell said they wanted him getting minutes? If you read the post, I stated i wasn't saying he should play, just saying I think he could help more than Chandler at the moment.
Not in my book. More of a question as to why Chandler is getting some minutes. That's what I was meaning.
I agree neither should be getting minutes this year. But, if it comes down to 1 of them has to get minutes it’s gotta be chandler. The opposing coach would just give it to the guy Noah is guarding and say go score. And 9/10 times that guy would probably score.
Fair enough, but I haven't seen much defense from Chandler, and I know Noah is a better shooter right now.
I could see Chandler leaving here after this season or next. I just can't see him being a contributor here unless he improves dramatically.
Noah is by far the better wide open/ in an empty gym shooter but could he get his shot off against SEC defense? He’s not fast enough to run around and get himself free from an athletic defender
People act like Noah isn’t athletic probably never saw him play in hs, is he going to dunk it with his elbows??? No, but let’s not act like chandler has done anything in his PT. Noah is so far ahead of chandler other than jumping height it’s not funny, and if Perry can get mins then can’t see why Noah can’t either. I couldn’t believe chandler got in last night first of all but whatever time Pope thinks he deserves……should be given to Noah. How can Noah play any worse than what chandler has??? My point exactly, not saying he should get 10 mins a game but to rest Brea or OO on occasion isn’t going to hurt.
None of the freshmen should be getting minutes. Due to injury, you have to play 1 though and Perry has done ok overall n small doses.

Look I’m not trying to say chandler is some worldly player. By defending him I feel like that’s how it’s coming across. I’m just saying he is by far more ready to play against the sec. That’s not me trying to say he’s even at all ready, but it’s more of how I think Noah isn’t ready either. This team has a major flaw and its energy/effort/intensity in the first half of games. Well 2 flaws, they also try to play hero ball when the opposing crowd gets loud and that’s a disaster for a team that doesent have good 1 on 1 players. Give effort the full 40 minutes and stick to the system and this team has a chance.
