Of course, that was explained in the previous posts. It's my guess is the Feds will not go through the expense of a trial if he pleads guilty and takes life without parole in the state action. But who knows what the new administration will want to do.

Not really. The previous posts acted as if the death penalty was available to the feds. It is not, unless DOJ permits it. I believe a panel reviews numerous factors. It is not common.
Biden just commuted the sentence of 37 out of the 40 people on federal death row. Maybe Luigi ought to be praying he gets charged federally and can take a plea and sentence in a bit less than a month.
Yeah, almost. My income is heavily leveraged. Commissions, RSUs, bonuses. Some years are better than others, but the party of the president has been inconsequential to me.

They’ll still be in those shitty trailers when they die, but somehow they’ll think their inconsequential lives are better under the orange dude. If nothing else, the poor control the vote. I don’t have a side. I’m not even American. I laugh at both sides thinking they can make a difference. And yes, far left democrats are just as bad as far right pubs. They’re mostly just noisemakers who contribute nothing to society.
