good point, i'm guessing the interlocking UK is #1 and the thundercats logo is #2, replacing the wildcat
If they wanted a new Cougar uniform they could have just hung around Drakes to get some design inspiration.
Ok then.. K St,, Houston,, Detroit Lions and Carolina Panthers.. Combo of all 4 into one with the touch of a staple remover.. Either way it's hideous..Doesn't look anything like K St logo
I like it.
But, I agree it does look kind of similar to other logos. However, there are only so many ways to do a Wildcat/panther/lion/cougar logo.
Call me a traditionalist, but I expect the wildcat logo to feature a big red dong.

I like the Wildcat and Football ones . I think they are badass plus recruits will like them. If the blue hairs dont, wellget over yourselves! Its about recruiting not your warm and fuzzy feeling about being traditional.
I can't see a but of difference in the b - ball uni? They didn't show the shorts. We introduced a jersey that looks exactly like the one we are already wearing. That's some slick marketing Nike!
Like the new Wildcat though it's very similar to Kansas State. Would look cool on an alternate helmet. Football unis are nice.

Once again UK screws up another logo. The new UK logo is terrible enough but the new cat logo is just as bad. CBS already has an article making fun of our logo with a picture of a staple remover next to the logo and they look exactly the same.
Factor in the logo changes with the "UK", cat logo and that little phrase they put on the back of the video board at CWS last year just proves that UK has one of the worst marketing departments in the entire country.
There was zero reason to change the UK logo last year. It was fine and fans were fine with the old logo. They change it to a stupid "K" and 95% of BBN absolutely hates the new logo. Then instead of doing the smart thing and reverting back they double down and make another bad logo. The person that signed off on the new UK logo should have been fired.
Nike makes the best merchandise of all the sports companies but I swear they must have all their 18 year old interns designing and making the Kentucky logos and uniforms.
I do like the white football jerseys though.
