With a team that had to be put together in a few months. You guys speaking doom and gloom are wild. This is the most fun I have had watching Kentucky in almost 10 years. The players are likeable and seem to enjoy each other. We don't have kids that are only in the game for themselves and only to go to NBA. Sure, they had a bad loss, and the circumstances of the loss made it worse, but anyone saying they would trade places with Arkansas, trade coaches, fire Pope, etc etc. You guys are wild and really need some self realization.

The oddest thing about this team is that it can beat good teams but lose to average teams. In fact, it does better against good teams than it does against average teams. It is a strange problem to have and is one that is easier to fix I would think, than not being able to beat good teams.
Agree with everything you said but nothing to be proud of beating Louisville other than the rivalry. Louisville is a pretty decent team in a horrible conference. Other than that I think you’re spot on.
NET fell like a rock from a sky scraper went from 10th to 19th after 1 game. How brutal is that. Work all year to get it to 10th and then boom 1 game down to 19th.
Missed a big chance on moving up in the seed list and the AP poll and the NET rankings with all those other teams losing if you just win this game.
Yes I to like losing to piles of shit because the players are likable. No, the good wins are great, but to make it here as a coach you gotta win the games you should as well.

I am upset we lost, but not mad. He has already beaten his expectations for this year. We pissed off some very athletic 5 star recruits who really dont care whether they win or not most games and gave them a reason to care. We set ourselves up for failure.
It happens. It was a crazy week in basketball that’s what rivals brings.
So we dropped 9 spots losing at home to 59th, Quad 2 while IowaSt last at home to 10-11 95th Quad 3 and only dropped 1-2 spots. Figures.
Kansas moves up to 10th, same record as us but 3 less Quad 1 wins and they also have a Quad 2 loss.

Actually Iowa State was 7th and is still 7th after losing by 19 at home to 95th ranked NET team. Makes perfect sense.............K State moved up to 83 though.
