Looks like he has an SEC Job. He will join the Texas staff however it’s still unclear of what position he will have.

Going to do a rehab tour with a great coach and program.

Parlay a Texas title run and Arch Heisman into another OC gig at least.

Still very young. Has plenty of time to reboot career and pop back up on radars.

Neal Brown isn't a "Bad" coach, he was just a mediocre coach at WVU. but he had a good run at Troy. He was a very good OC and would take him back here in that capacity all day every day.
Actually think he would be a great fit here as OC. Might end up being coach at UK again at sometime. As time goes by many things change and the game may be in for more major changes that none of us can foresee in the future.

Go Big Blue!

Would be a major revolt if Brown was hired as HC. He is a mediocre coach at best and average OC. He wasn't great when he was OC here.

Would be a great OC here as long as it isn't under Stoops

One thing I did appreciate from brown in his time here is that there would be a 3 play sequence build on top of each other throughout the game that would typically fool the defense and leave us a couple of big play opportunities open. We couldn’t always capitalize it with the talent we had at that time but it was always clearly a plan specific to each team that built upon itself. It was some sign of good coaching that we don’t always see. Brown may have other flaws but it was always clear he came in with an idea of trying to exploit something and fool a defense when we weren’t capable of just going out and making a play on talent.
