NCAAT conference breakdown

Only one SEC team that was favored lost so far (Texas A&M). Three times an SEC dog has won (Ole Miss, Arkansas 2x). Hardly sucking it up.
Vegas betting lines aren't "favored" in the fan sense of the word.

The SEC has lost a lot already. That's all that matters. They lost, they didn't win. Vegas's betting lines mean nothing in the world of the NCAAT and how we know the SEC teams stink up the place because they aren't allowed the freedom to meathead up the games like they got used to in the "physical" SEC.

Ahh there it is again - the good ole SEC sucking it up. They simply can't win without hacking/grabbing and the support of the SEC refs.
I'm confused about SEC style of play talk.
Announcers have mostly said tourney refs are letting them play.
Would seem SEC rough play has gotten us prepared.

I agree with you. Seems like the first round teams weren’t hacking or grabbing. By now, some of the games have become wrestling matches. I say that, having watched every game in the tournament so far…it has gotten more physical as it has progressed and the refs are swallowing their whistles. That’s part of why I don’t feel confident tonight given how banged up we are

lol, someone heard a narrative after half of day one and it permanently set in their mind as factual.

Sec had a larger percentage of the field in round 2 than round 1.

Will most likely have a larger percentage of round 3 than round 1 and round 2.

The sec is not sucking it up.

Also, the tournament has for the most part had referees that let them play. So the sec refereeing was an actual positive for the tournament so far than the opposite. Have you watched any of it?

Very good chance at end of today it is all SEC, B10, B12 + Duke.
Only 1 out of 16 not from top 3 conferences.

Time will tell and this picture could look a lot different twelve hours from now.

The SEC has seven teams still standing. Four of those teams play today, with three of them favored over their opponent by seed.

The Big 10 is the conference with the next most teams still standing. Of its six teams still in the dance, four of those also play today, with only two of them favored over their opponent by seed.
