Really can't be any worse can it?All I know is DC needs more Boebert/Gibsons and less trump/bidens.
A Literal Parliament of Whores* might be an improvement.Really can't be any worse can it?
They're ALL whores... they just whore themselves out in different waysA Literal Parliament of Whores* might be an improvement.

..and that the Germans love David HasselhoffFinally - proof of my position that Beetlejuice is the most sexually-charged erotic thriller of all time.
Been trying to do that my whole life man.Not. Would be like sticking your thing out a window and screwing the whole world.
WOOD...as long as I was certain it would just be a one time thing and I'd never see her again. What in the world has this place come to? It was a simple wood or wood not and you people have turned it into a political debate. For goodness sake either answer the question or get over to the political thread.
As for me it is a wood as she looks like she knows how to handle a loaded weapon.

Maren Morris is a musician (who I'm sure most of this board had never heard of before her comments), Boebert is a politician who votes on laws that actually impact us. I get what you're trying to say but they aren't the sameIs this one of those things that *checks the liberal playbook*, people are not supposed to be outraged over? Just get over it? It doesn't affect you so why do you care?
I really just want to make sure I have the rules right.
Imagine in one thread telling people to get over Maren Morris, and then in practically the same breath, making numerous posts about some congresswoman who got a little drunk and promiscuous outside of work.
Rules for thee, but not for me.

I'd give Boebert the benefit of the doubt if this was just a one-off thing and she didn't have a long history of being a bad person who tried to cover for her sex offender ex-husband. All told, her situation will probably just be used as a means to embarrass her side of the aisle with no repercussions. In Maren's case, I bet she's had more people listen to her songs in recent days solely because of this news story than in a good while. I'd say if your role model is a D list pop-country singer than you need to find better role models.Sure. But I'd counter that Boebert, seemingly, just made a bad mistake. A one time thing. That's not excusable and politicians need to make smarter decisions on stuff like this, as opposed to musicians.
But Marens actions aren't a mistake or a one-off. She's raging on tons of other country music stars, continuing to make charged political statements. Her newest video is basically burning down a republican town. She's also much more of a role model for society than someone in politics is.
I think you can make the case that either is a bigger deal and you probably wouldn't be wrong. But that wasn't my point anyways.

But all the signs, every last one, pointed directly there. I blame geography. 🤣I completely understand that her public persona is an act, but I’ve heard her do an interview and she has a voice tone that could be used as a weapon in a hostage crisis. I guarantee there are Starbucks managers dealing with PTSD from conflicts with her.
Also, isn’t she the one that claims her father was a big time pro wrestler?
With a BS beginning like this ^^, the rest was not worth reading. No one believes you would ever give her the benefit of the doubt. Not even you. Why waste your time posting that crap?I'd give Boebert the benefit of the doubt if
Why are you so mad? Do any of us really expect politicians to be the beacons of light in our society? An overwhelming majority of them do stupid stuff like this, she just has a history of doing more of it.With a BS beginning like this ^^, the rest was not worth reading. Yep and yep. Wood is the answer, politics are not. What in the world has this place come to? It was a simple wood or wood not and you people have turned it into a political debate. For goodness sake either answer the question or get over to the political thread.

I don't know, ass long ass she has not wrinkled and krinkled up, just a side gig with some inside information.WOOD...as long as I was certain it would just be a one time thing and I'd never see her again.
Of course not. Geez. Read his post again and comprehend the rules.Maren Morris is a musician (who I'm sure most of this board had never heard of before her comments), Boebert is a politician who votes on laws that actually impact us. I get what you're trying to say but they aren't the same
Yikes, this is what I get for posting on a funny story about a politician, everybody immediately getting all hot and bothered at me. I apologize, I'll remove myself from the conversation so you all don't get so upsetOf course not. Geez. Read his post again and comprehend the rules.
Not upset. This should have been a wood or not thread. Check your panties at the door.Yikes, this is what I get for posting on a funny story about a politician, everybody immediately getting all hot and bothered at me. Not mad, just stating a justifiable opinion premised upon your posting history on things political. I won’t defend Boebert regarding her behavior, but I don’t think many believe you would give her a pass, because of her party affiliation. Why are you so mad? then why not come at @LineSkiCat14 like this who made it about politics first and brought in Maren Morris to your precious wood or not thread. If you don't like when threads get hijacked then you just shouldn't be on message boards cause that's just inevitable unfortunately. Not upset. This should have been a wood or not thread. Check your panties at the door.
A little too crazy for me. I knew a woman like that when I was a much younger man. Even my older brother steered clear of her. He was right....I don't know, ass long ass she has not wrinkled and krinkled up, just a side gig with some inside information.
Eh whatever, you're probably right. As a known figure in politics (even with the lack of expectations that I personally have for those kinds of people), it's probably not right to get to third base on a first date with someone in a crowded theatre while watching Beetlejuice the musical. I rescind my valueless passNot mad, just stating a justifiable opinion premised upon your posting history on things political. A mistake is taking the wrong exit off the interstate or being in a hurry to finish up and not measuring twice on that last 2'x4' you cut. She didn't jack this dude off while he massaged her tits in a crowded public theater by mistake. You can't be doing that shit in public and not expect consequences. If she wants to go to an adult bookstore or adult theater and give out hand jobs or play at the glory hole, that's her business....but you can't do that AND be waving your Bible around quoting scripture and talking about family values.Sure. But I'd counter that Boebert, seemingly, just made a bad mistake. A one time thing.
Yup. The moral majority is lacking a moral compass lately. Either that or the cell phone/Internet combination is bringing it all into the light after decades in the dark.A mistake is taking the wrong exit off the interstate or being in a hurry to finish up and not measuring twice on that last 2'x4' you cut. It's like Falwell Jr, his wife and the pool boy(s). I don't care one way or the other about their kink, but you can't do that AND be the figurehead of an evangelical university.
I have had a few wackos in my day, and I divorced one of them.A little too crazy for me. I knew a woman like that when I was a much younger man. Even my older brother steered clear of her. He was right....
