Was told that the visit went really good (of course) that UK is going to have a “better chance” than people think. Part of that is due to how close he and Acaden Lewis are, which is what a lot of people apparently don’t understand.
There’s a couple individuals in his circle with juice in the recruitment and one source close to the recruitment told me “he’s truly wide open” and another said “I’ve never seen a kid that’s harder to read his recruitment”. One source that I really trust said it’s really going to be NIL driven, which we’ve said from the beginning. Arkansas came in with the full court press last week as well.
There’s a lot of Duke buzz, and that’s where I still lean, but some of the things that have been said post-visit have really perked my ears up a little. I knew he and Acaden were good friends, but I didn’t know they were as close as they apparently are.
