Monk & Fox are the best freshman backcourt that I have ever seen play.

I thought we would be totally lost without Tyler Ulis this season but now as much as I like him I don't even think about him. That is how good they are and that is saying a lot.

Fox has risen to an entirely new level in the past several weeks and is playing unbelievable basketball. We saw signs of Monk returning to form last night. Sure hope it continues. Yep, I agree, can't think of 2 freshmen backcourt players who played any better together than these two.
After every season in the Cal era you think of the point guard leaving and wondering how are we going to survive and you go from Wall, Knight, Teague, Harrison, Ulis and Fox. We only missed once with Harrow and that was the year we thought we were getting a seasoned point guard. As much as I yearn for the old days of having a player for four years, we have been blessed with talented players who all seem to be good kids as well.
