But I absolutely cant stand Rupp Arena and the atmosphere...especially in the lower section. It was pitiful the last 4 minutes of Saturday. Calipari asks for everyone to stand the last 4 minutes and you would have thought he was asking for a million dollars from everyone. Rupp at times is pathetic atmosphere wise with all the blue hairs in the lower bowl. Many people were LEAVING with 3 minutes to go to beat traffic!?!?!?! Its just disappointing. I don't expect it to be Cameron Indoor Stadium, but it should be better than what it is. I wish we could change something. I personally think UK deserves a new arena. Sure there is history in Rupp, I get that, but UK deserves it...state of the art, conducive to a rocking environment for the students, etc.
