Unless he has really improved since he was at NKU, Askew is better.
UK has reached out per KSR.

If Askew is better than him, then Faulkner must really bad. I doubt that Faulkner is not that bad.
Faulkner has never faced as stiff of competition.
I think Askew was definitely a better freshman than MF was.
Askew is not as bad as he looked the whole team was dysfunctional as hell.

What would lead you to believe that Askew was not as bad as he looked ? He isn't quick enough to guard anyone, he can't shoot, and has very little basketball IQ. So where did he keep all this talent hid ?

A sixth year senior ? I am guessing there are better options. In other news, is Deshaun Watson just grabbing every woman he sees?

Yes let’s tell a sixth year player 24 years old that averages 17 & 6 boards & 80% from line (pretty consistent for 2 years with those stats) who’s a in state kid we don’t need him
He’s a 3 level scorer - we don’t have many of those
Why wait on 18 yr old Freshman to get better
We need players who can score
You guys are hung up on 5* crap
I want kids that are triple threats

Askew lacked explosiveness, lateral quickness, and shooting. If you can't create off the dribble then you better be able to shoot. He struggled in both departments.
Sure, Askew can get better but Faulkner will be a 6th yr senior. Longterm Devin is the better prospect but next season I give the edge to Faulkner performing better.
