Marrow and Brohm played together in the XFL for the Orlando Rage and from my understanding have been friends ever since then.
Honestly about tired of ol Vince as well. Constantly says UK doesn't get recognition it deserves, claims we are going to beat Georgia etc through the media as a hype guy.
I think he is part of the culture problem.
And his recruits from Ohio havent lived up to his recruits from the past from there.

Yeah even in average years there was a time we could say we were blue collar but we’ve turned into a lot of hat with little cattle lately. The days of talking are kind of done. And without knowing every intricacy of how recruiting operates and who puts their stamp on what at the office it seems evaluations have been lazy. But he’s the recruiting coordinator. He bears some load.
Matt Jones is now saying Vince is staying. There is no way UofL was paying him what we do.
This crap happens every year and is a hindrance to recruiting for the week of signing day.
Whether it is Vince trying to get more money from UK or other schools starting rumors, it’s just more crap that UK fans have to endure.

Things can change but I remember a few years ago hearing Marrow screaming at players in the locker room for joking around after a loss. Hard to believe he would be part of a culture problem.
If he promises to use spellcheck before posting on social media i’ll give him one more year no screw it. We need new blood. Let him walk.

I don't think thats true. In fact, i think hes one of the guys we can confidently say the opposite. Since hes been there, he routinely plays the most talented guy even when it means upper classmen lose out and/or transfer.

It’s a money leverage move from marrow and stoops everytime because they own Barnhart and know it. If Barnhart was real he would get rid of both, I’m tired of both, marrow isn’t good enough for all the antics and stupid shit he does. And stoops is just a bad coach now.
Marrow coming here makes zero sense for him financially. I believe he makes 1.3 Million yearly. Brian Brohm and Ron English each make 700K. Ryan Wallace the TE coach makes 250K. I can't see him taking a pay cut, and I can't see UofL matching what he is making. IMO Marrow has a great deal at UK, If not the highest I'm sure he's close to the highest paid position coach in the Country.
Actually he just confirmed that he isn’t going to UL. I hope he’s staying here but you never know

Past time for a change. If his best assistants leave, he won’t be able to replace them with quality guys. No one wants to come work for a coach that is clearly on the hot seat. Whatever good he has done here, it is all for not now. Whether he stays or goes, this next season will most likely be the worst we have had to endure.
Perhaps Vince was at odds with some of the players that appeared to get preferential treatment.
