he spent the entire summer playing for them. played for adidas the past few weekends.I thought Fultz was an Under Armour guy.
That doesn't mean he's an Adidas guy. However, things between UK and him have cooled.he spent the entire summer playing for them. played for adidas the past few weekends.

UK offered and there's been little beyond that. He hasn't scheduled an official visit and will decide soon. I say things haven't heated up.cooling and heating up is always overblown by fans.
Not if you buy the Adidas theorySeems Meyer was just a tad off on this one.
Oh well- his position is loaded and we're in great shape.

I feel that pun wasn't intended but it was very complex, nonetheless.cooling and heating up is always overblown by fans.
Wants him bad? UK hasn't even pushed or asked for an official visit.I hear he's ours to lose. I know UK wants him bad so you can never count you guys out but I think he's ours.

Fultz will take Humphries' spot after Humphries took Skal's starting spot.
Oh wait, wrong thread.
Meyer's article.

Kentucky is the other prominent school in Fultz's recruitment. He unofficially visited Lexington this spring, and Williams told 247Sports that it is unlikely Fultz will officially visit Kentucky. As Williams put it, "Markelle knows what he needs to know about Kentucky."
people are freaking out over the wrong stuff with recruiting.
we are one power forward away from being an absurd team for 2016
Honestly, I feel Fultz is being lead away from UK. That's just my thinking with no official visit being set and what's being said. However, I feel different about Monk. Most of his interviews and brother's interviews make me think we lead for Monk.Which if true, I think is a mistake on our part. Kid seems to be legit, and I feel like it will be difficult to pull Monk away from his Arkansas ties, even with all the current turmoil going on over there. A little over a week ago people seemed to think that Simmons/Fultz were virtual locks for UK. Recruiting's weird. Selfishly, if we don't land him, I hope he doesn't end of of UofL. Kid would be a likely one and done at UK or Arizona, and we all know Pitino's track record with freshman.
He unofficially visited Louisville as well, but needs to officially visit them again?Meyer's article.

With the number of guards we are involved with, I'm certainly interested in UK honing in on a PF.people are freaking out over the wrong stuff with recruiting.

We shall see.He unofficially visited Louisville as well, but needs to officially visit them?
wow UK missing on adidas guys......... at some point people will start believing adidas does everything possible to keep their kids away from UK
I have no idea if UK has cooled on Fultz or if Fultz and his handler cooled on UK. Having no official visit schedule to UK is concerning.Louisville's already on the verge of overtaking Kentucky in Fultz's crystal ball.In all honesty, I expected some people to flip to Louisville or Arizona while he was on his visits. But the rumors of UK seemingly cooling on Fultz and him not even giving them an official visit are worrying.
I don't buy the Adidas crap entirely. It's fascinating to me. Adidas two biggest marketable NBA stars are John Wall and Derrick Rose. Cal played a big role in both of their reaches to Stardom, and the Kentucky effect certainly has not hurt. From a marketing standpoint, going to UK would build the players brand more than any Adidas school in the planet IMO.
I haven't seen any evidence of that.I hope you're right, as it seems like Monk's also being steered towards Arkansas.
