Will Fultz take his last two official visits, or will he start to shut the process down after his Washington official visit? “As of right now I’m not sure,” he said. “I have to go home and sit down with my Mom and talk about recruiting. I might have to, but I’m not sure.”

Fultz said he’s looking for a college experience where his coach will be a mentor off the court and on the court. “Education-wise I want to be in accounting, so I want to see how the business schools are,” he said. “And playing time as a freshman, because I want to play - and style of play.”

Could be a jaylen Brown type of deal, kid wants more than bball...Seattle is a great city maybe he wants to play for a black coach. Who knows..

Sounds as if could be UK with mind already made up. But of course that's probably just wishful thinking haha he's either all about UK or no longer considering

I believe that UK has cooled on him but he is still waiting to see if they will turn things on. JMO

As long as it isn't Duke that is fine

I get that UofL is the natural rival, but why are we sweating them at this point? A talent like Fultz, MIGHT give them enough firepower to keep a close game against us, but that's it. Fultz going to Duke, with how they've been recruiting, could mean the difference between an Elite 8 or a Title.

If Fultz going to UofL keeps him away from Duke, then so be it.

I listen to Coach Romar's show occasionally on the way home from work. Seems like a nice guy. He despises one and dones. He believes that none of them go to class after the fall semester. I have wanted to call in and ask him if he understands the rules around the APR. Although he might be thinking of UNC*** where athletes never go to class.

I'm not sweating them, but I want them to lose every game and never get any recruits. Plus, Duke isn't involved in Fultz's recruitment.

Lorenzo Romar is a joke of a coach. Plain and simple. How he keeps his job is amazing to me.

Listening to the local sports radio guys Washington wants to be a football school and they do not believe they can get anyone better than Romar. At least that is what I take away from them.

I use I heart radio to listen to as much UK as I can get but I listen to the Washington guys later with the time difference.

Maybe I'm dead wrong, but, I just can't see Washington landing this kid. If he is serious about wanting to win, how can you go to a team coached by Romar? That dude is clueless. He is almost as bad as Johnny Jones at LSU. How he has lasted so long at udub I'll never understand. How could they feel they couldn't do better? Maybe they should ask themselves if they could do worse? Not sure about that one. I guess if this kid truely wants to be the man and take the most shots on offense, it could make a little sense. He would be the most talented on the roster. I would hope the kid cares more about winning and less about stats.

I came in to say some programs are just happy making the tourney but then I checked and Washington hasn't made it since 2011.

Romar should probably be on the hot seat.

That's worse than I would have even guessed.

The worst part isn't that they haven't made the tournament since 2011, it's that even the biggest fanbase in college basketball basically didn't notice that that was the case. All programs have rough stretches, but when no one even notices yours, well...
