Flat out, not up for debate. He has become completely detached from the fanbase, his ego is outrageous for a guy with a sub .500 win record for his head coaching career. No growth, doesn't learn from his mistakes, has continued to see progressively worse results for a few years now, has ran a program where the only consistent thing is the lack of continuity. He spends more of his time complaining about his job than he spends actually coaching.
