Louisville got a few votes in AP Poll.

Ive never looked at a schedule rating once in my life, literally means nothing. All I need is the verified history of the SEC being far superior to the ACC in every regard for football.
Then wear your proud SEC badge, until we beat the good teams your badge means nothing to me

I smell a UL troll posing as a UK fan. If you look up his post history, it's pretty obvious.
Post it , quote all of my post on here. You are crazy dude. Typical , someone disagrees with you and doesnt crown our team the next Bama , Im a troll...

We have this conversation every year after we drop a couple and they win a few against trash opponents. We then proceed to beat the shit out of Louisville, and go on to “upset” out of conference opponents in the bowl game. The SEC IS that much better than everyone else. I could be wrong, but I’m not gonna get too worried.

UL's DL is still very small compared to what we see in the SEC. They have a couple of decent size DL but I think we can still run for a lot of yards consistently with CR. I know our OL is the worst it has been forever but they are still big enough against a team like UL. Abdullah is the main one that makes them click on defense IMO. Need to focus on blocking him as a top priority on every play.

We have six bears at the three DL positions we rotate so will be interesting to see how well they can block that. They look to Ford to pass to on crucial downs a lot of the time. So he should be the top focus on every play for our DB's. Will be surprised if their QB doesn't play against us. He seems to constantly get hurt several times every game but goes back in every time. As we have done the last two years you take all runs away from him.

Well Cunningham may or not even be able to play in the game but Louisville should know more by this weekend.
Sucks if true. I do like the dude, but I know some in your fanbase are frustrated with his play over the last couple years. I've said before that he's the most impressive unimpressive qb I can remember.

Serious question. What since does this comment make?? We don’t beat Georgia, Tennessee, or Ole Miss. 2 teams probably headed to the CFP so we can’t say the SEC is a tough conference?? We have to beat them first to say it’s tough?? That makes zero since. When the Playoffs are expanded to twelve teams and the SEC has the remaining 4 teams in can we still not say we are in a tough conference?? I believe this will happen. If they allow it. If we don’t bump each other out it won’t take long before the remaining 4 will be all SEC.

They might be a tougher opponent this year, given our O-line struggles.

There is an outside shot both teams could be ranked by the game date late this month.
Louisville is actually a pretty good team. If LEVIS is 85% and can move I think we handle them just fine. If he cant move then they will give us problems. They have two really good D linean that are lean and can move well. Cunningham is staying in and throwing in the pocket better than at any point in his career. Although, I did hear from a source that his left hand is broken from last game. If we play well we win this game!

I have watched the last two games weve played on youtube. Kentucky just looked so superior size and speed wise to UL in those games. I cant see in two years that changing a whole lot, but Louisville does look much improved , and i really like their Defense. I still think UK can run the ball on Louisville. There is no way Louisville D line is as talented as most of the SEC D lines. Cunningham is a threat no doubt though and there is speed on offense for the Cards. It should go down as a very close game. I still like UK at home 10-12 points. Now if Levis is out or Cunningham is out this could change everything drastically.

No, get this - I actually watch football games and have been doing so for decades at this point. P5 dont mean jack to me, SEC is clearly the top of P5 and ACC is clearly the bottom. UNC is currently 8-1 and undefeated in the ACC, they play Missouri on a neutral field the game is a toss up.
UGA was a tossup with Mizzou too

An my point is....you don't turn on the tv and watch teams like Missouri, UK, Vandy, Miss St, Arkansas, TAMU, Auburn, USC, ....heck I'll even add Florida and an overachieving Ole Miss......you don't turn on the tv and go WOW...would you look at those SEC football teams....nobody can line up and play those guys....WOW...just like at those Missouri Tigers.

On the other hand, he's the most unimpressive impressive qb I can recall. Media wants so bad to make him a baby Lamar Jackson.

Every year? Kudos to UK for convincingly winning 3 in a row. You may recall that UofL won 6 of the previous 7, including 5 in a row at one point. UofL's last win was pretty solid at 44-17, that was the year before BP led the program into the abyss. "Every year" is quite a stretch.

I forgot y’all were fortunate during the COVID year and we didn’t play. Fact remains, your program is not remotely on our level. You haven’t beaten us since Lamar left (and we even beat y’all once with him) and barring significant injury, you won’t anytime soon.

Not really concerned about ul or vandy. Those are games Rodriguez will run all over them and levis should play well too.
They are much better up front with more athleticism than I thought, built much like Mizzou with a couple of disrupters. We can run on them but not as easy as last couple years where there's been no resistance at all.

I love our team and i truly beleve the SEC is the best conference . I just get tired of our fanbase playing the conference card all the time like it means something . I watch a ton of football and the ACC isn't as bad as some of you make it out to be on here. I get it , our hated rival plays in it and we like to sh%t on it but there are quite a few very decent teams in there. No Georgia or Alabama but it's a decent conference . When the playoffs expand , who cares what conference you're in. Hell, I'd rather be in an easier conference so we could have a legit shot at a playoff bid. Having said all that, we beat the cards this year , mark it down !

Lol , every year ? I've been a UK football fan for 40 plus years and that's a blatant lie . Stoops lost to them 4 or 5 years in a row. Charlie Strong never lost to us and Petrino did us bad both tenures he was there except for 1 or 2 games ...what are you drinking? Our fans act like the last 3 years is our football team historically and it isn't even close to that . Some of you on here have to be like 18 years old

I legit look forward to the game on the 26th being a pick'em or seeing ESPN's matchup predictor as it is now, which is Louisville 52.2% to 47.8%. Like I said, Louisville has looked better lately and UK is struggling some, but over the last few years we've turned it on for the last game of the season and found our swagger against our rival.

Every year since we passed them as a program under Mark Stoops.

I guess you forgot that the series was tied 15-15 until the last 3 games. Let’s not forget that 6 of those UK wins happened about 100 years ago right as Louisville was moving up from being a club level team. So since 1994 UK still trails by 3 games and let’s not forget that Stoops is still 4-4 vs Louisville.

How can that be as your in the mighty SEC and should have never had to pass little ole Louisville as a program. When the series was picked up in 1994 most UK fans thought the Louisville game would be an automatic W every year cause you are in the mighty SEC and we were in the little C-USA. Actually I think we were still an independent the first year but had already agreed to move to C-USA.

We actually beat Louisville the first year Strong was coach, in 2010.

1. Strong lost in 2010 to Phillips.

2. Stoops never lost to them "4 or 5 years in a row".

3. You joined this site in October of 2022.

I’m not really interested in what happened 30 years ago. I’m more interested in what has happened since Stoops surpassed Louisville as a program again after Joker, and what is going to happen in 3 weeks, which will be another W for Kentucky. Your program is the equivalent of the Mets or the Clippers. It is what it is.

History is not always a prediction of the future. Kentucky was the laughing stock of the conference in football when UL went 50% over those years. The SEC has by far advanced over the last 5-8 years and Kentucky is now playing SEC ball. Look at recruiting. I don’t believe Louisville can ever catch up again as long as UK takes football seriously. They may win one now and again but they will never be on an SEC level. Unless we totally denounce and become Vandy again

Not sure I would be bragging about the recruiting success at this point in time. Rivals has UK 51st best class & 247 has UK at 48 while Louisville is in the Top 20 on both sites.

Said the same crap last year. Their schedule is about as soft as a soup sandwich.
Haha dude I'm not saying they beat us . We will beat them, Stops has their number . To always make fun of their schedule when it's ranked higher than our is laughable

When Pitino was in the Big East and ACC he always had a way tougher schedule than us and Cal beat his ass yearly , it doesn't matter . But to act like their schedule is a joke just makes people look ignorant as hell.
