Rams say they will talk with Cortez Hankton, LSU passing coordinator, for the position. Why would they do that? You'd have to assume McVay has already contacted Liam. Maybe our guy told him NO!
I was really looking forward to watching the offense in year 2. Having said that, good luck to him, as he done one heck of a job at Kentucky. Next coach up. Stoops will find a good one.
You were correct in your forecast. Coen now has additional challenges to face. Following a Super Bowl winning OC will not be an easy task. Criticized if no return trip to Super Bowl. People will say he was too young too inexperienced and not ready for the position.

I thought we only had the one and one on the basketball court but now are we going to have one and done on the football staff? Man I hope that Coen stays because this will suck if he leaves after one season of the dramatic turnaround our offense had this year!
Great offensive mind. Honestly I read several articles that said he was almost a photographic memory to a crazy level. However the hope is we can get a solid replacement our man Stoops has already had selected. Let the HC do his thing and judge him on the major upgrade thus far.

The man was a master at scripting those opening drives, I’m gonna miss that. It’s pretty easy to recognize those young guys who are going to do well in this business and he’s the total package imo.

Liam went out the way all professional coaches should do it. Not only did he face his players like a MAN, he also did all he could to help them on the way out. I love this guy and all he has brought to our program. Good luck Liam; you deserve only the best. We’ll be root’n for you.
