Love the guy, and most of his game, but he is gonna cost himself some money if he doesn't start taking something off the short stuff and putting the ball where the receiver really needs it, especially in traffic. Thoughts?
And that’s what the pros will say. WRs in the pros catch stuff regardless. Bad pass, great pass, overthrown, under thrown, it’s their job to get it. You wanna play in the big leagues? If it hits you in the hands you catch the damn ball.If it hits you in the hands you catch the ball...
True... like I said, I love the guy. My favorite UK QB since The Deuce.Cant really be upset with him after seeing after seeing how he lays out everything he’s got for the team.
For sure, Favre broke a few fingers in his day with that heat. He’s got that Brett Favre in him
That Iowa game was amazing, I was hyped! When was the last time a UK quarterback threw for 300 yards & 3 tds, and everyone reacted with "oh well, about what i expected"??? High expectations, love it!
Couple bad throws, like the int. Couple drops, Cummings had the easiest TD catch ever blow off his fingers. When scrambling to sideline Levis threw across body to McClain, again should have been an easy catch for the running back said to have best hands.
Best result yesterday, executed 2 minute offense to get FG to end 1st half. Levis was dreadful in 2 minutes drills all 2021, like end of Knoxville game. But won Iowa bowl game at the end. Starts 2022 with successful 2 minute drill. Progress!!!

Not to many college players make that catch either - well done Dane KeyHe can throw it any way he wants. These guys know how he throws. If you’re a receiver, you adjust your body to accept the ball. The one to Cummings was overthrown, catchable? Perhaps, but the pass to Key for the score? That’s a throw not too many can make.
The new WRs had good hands Saturday. Will's gonna need 5o leave the pocket a few times and find receivers next week. Not to many college players make that catch either - well done Dane Key
That's been the problem with the receiver corp in the Stoops era. When you watch the top teams their receivers are making incredible catches all the time. We rarely catch anything that would be considered a "tough" catch and actually miss a bunch each week that we shouldn't. Hopefully that improves with an offense that actually throws the ball now..And that’s what the pros will say. WRs in the pros catch stuff regardless.
